The ERC Series annual prizegiving dinner will be held on Saturday, 15 August 2020 at the usual venue, the Remuera Club, 27-33 Ohinerau St, Remuera, Auckland 1050, starting from 6.30pm.
Admission to the dinner for paid up Series members (who book in advance) is free and the cost is $50 for friends, partners, supporters etc. Dress is smart casual.
Bookings for the dinner are now open. If those attending want to arrange tables (or part tables) to suit their preferences, they can be accommodated. Otherwise I will make allocations. If arranging a table (or two), you must first confirm the attendance of all of the others at the table, both drivers and guests. Tables will probably cater for 8.

If you are a Series member who will be attending, please:
Email that you will be attending, advise the names of any guests.
Pay $50 per guest into the Series bank account (details below) with your name or car number as reference.
If you arrange a table, provide the names of everyone (including guests) after first confirming their attendance.
If you have not arranged a table but have a seating preference, advise who you would like to sit with.
If you are a trophy holder, please clean and engrave the trophy and bring it along to the dinner. If you are not attending, please contact me so I can arrange for it to be collected before the dinner.
Remember, if plans change, refunds can be given if advised up to 3 days prior to the event.
I would welcome any suggestions for our collective entertainment on the night. Nominations for the more amusing awards are also welcome.
To avoid financial confusion, please do not pay any Series membership fees for next season until after the dinner and I have sent an email out asking for next season’s fee to be paid.
